The Yankton Girls’ Softball Association was honored with the USA Softball James Farrell Award of Excellence for its work in hosting two Northern Nationals tournaments this past summer. The tournament was rated by the USA Softball Umpire in Chief, USA Softball JO Rep, the USA Softball National Office, and the coaches of the teams that played in the tournament.
The YGSA was presented the honor by USA Softball SD State Commissioner Gary Young (far left).
